Return/refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your new Jewelry! Customer satisfaction and good service is very important to us.

For most items, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, We will be happy to process a return for you within 7 days of receipt of item but please. Before returning an item, please email us at support@juliepolancoshop.com to obtain return instructions. The Item returned must be in their original condition in their original packaging.

The return must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. If you have your order number, please include it on the outside of the box.

Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items  returned not including shipping fees. Items will be inspected, and if item is not in good condition, damaged or missing parts, the customer will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping.
